Delivery Information

All products purchased at Origin will be entitled to a free same-day delivery. Customers can choose our 2 hours express delivery option to have it delivered within the next 2 hours with an additional $20, or choose a time-slot of their preference (between 12pm to 10pm) which can be indicated in the “order notes” at the checkout page.

Where do we deliver?

Origin Sleep ships to all addresses in Singapore except for restricted locations such as selected army camps, PSA logistic, Changi cargo village (cargo centre), Sentosa and Changi airport which will require a $30 SGD surcharge. Origin Sleep will not ship to Jurong island and Tuas. If you aren’t sure if your location is a restricted area, do drop us an email at

Surcharges for special deliveries

For locations without a lift service, $10 SGD will be charged for each level that movers need to climb without lift access (applicable to HDB and private property). In the event where incorrect delivery details are provided and our deliverymen fail to complete the delivery, there will be a surcharge of $50 SGD per failed delivery.

Delivery Dates

Origin Mattress Singapore delivers between 12pm-5pm or 5pm-10pm on weekdays.We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays, however customers can put in a request to inquire on availability

In the event of incorrect delivery details and not informing Origin on date changes before hand at least 3 days in advance, therefore, our deliverymen fail to complete the delivery, there will be a surcharge of $50 SGD.

Disposal Service

If you have opted for disposal, please ensure that the passage out of your residence (applicable to HDB and private property) is not obstructed. Our movers shall not be liable for any damage to the property in the course of rendering the service.


Transporter will not be liable for damages to the property space, flooring, furniture, fixtures and fittings when moving, transporting, installing or assembling.

The transporters would exercise utmost care and safety while executing their duties/work to prevent any damages.

To prevent the risk of any damages that might occur home/property owners and occupants can do the following:

Ensuring a clear path and remove any item in the vicinity of the path that might hinder movement, topple or might be affected in any way possible

Lining or placing covers on the flooring or walls to prevent scratches or any unintended damages

Proper communication with the transporters to let them be made aware of the situation, such as wet paint/coating/polish/lacquer and etc
