The 120 night trial begins when the mattress is delivered to your home. The Origin Mattress supports the natural alignment of your body unlike any other mattress, so it can take some time for your body to completely adjust. Similar to when you start fixing poor posture, it may feel odd or uncomfortable at first, so we highly recommend you sleep on it for a few weeks to give your body a chance to adjust. If you’re still unsatisfied after 25 nights, you can return it for a full refund.
How do I return the mattress for a full refund?
Returning the mattress is quick & easy. Simply send us an email with your (1) order number, (2) image of mattress, and (3) reason for returning to enquiry@originmattress.com.sg, and leave the rest to us. Our friendly customer support team will arrange to pick up your mattress from your home. Once we receive your return, the refund will take 7-14 days to process and credited directly back to your original payment method.
Do I need to return the mattress in the box?
Don't worry, we wouldn't dream of asking you to get it back in the box! Our delivery team will pick up the mattress in its current condition from your home.
Do you resell the returned mattresses?
No way! Every mattress is fresh out of the box and we never resell used mattresses. Each returned mattress is either sent to a third-party recycling company or discarded.

Honestly it’s the best mattress I’ve ever used in my life. My previous mattress was in the range of a few thousand dollars (from one of the premium mattress brands in Singapore). However I used to get back pains. After switching to the hybrid mattress, I no longer wake up with any back pain.
The mattress is soft on the top and firm on the inside. The combination works very well for me and it’s very comfortable for me.
I was a little sceptical as I have always purchased from the bigger brands. However when the mattress arrive I Was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of it – certainly comparable to the premium brands and in my opinion much more worth it!
I tried the mattress at their showroom and was helped by Zen. I love the softness and the cooling surface of the mattress. Very very high quality product!

I can’t say how much I love the Origin hybrid mattress! Nowadays it’s hard for me to climb out of bed, and I’ve been using it for 2 weeks. I’ve been using a memory foam mattress from another brand, but Origin improves on it in 2 big ways:
1) It’s much cooler than my other memory foam mattress. When I sleep with my wife, it’s extremely hot on my other memory foam mattress. There’s no such problem with the Origin Mattress.
2) It hugs my body more and is more supportive. I’m slightly heavier and I can feel the firmness on the inside of the mattress.

Firmer than expected. I bought this mattress for myself and my husband after alot of research on the best kind to get. I was a little scared to purchase a mattress online without trying, but I Went for this one mainly because of the price and a friend’s opinion. The mattress is firm but not in the usual way – it’s soft on the upper layers but when you sink into it, you can feel that the springs are providing a firm support. It’s hard to describe but my husband normally doesn’t like firm mattresses, but he loves the origin mattress.

Finally disposing my old mattress of 11 years and made the best desicion ever by purchasing from Origin. The mattress is the most comfortable and affordable mattress ever purchase, thanks to their pressure-relieving foam and clinically proven support technology. I was diagnosed with a L2 slipped disc and it was challenging to find a good mattress that also helped to relieve the pain. This mattress fit all the necessity requirements for a slipped disc patient, it helps to relieve the tension on my back and the foam shape the contour of my back perfectly. Our family decided to get this mattress after seeing an ad online. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. Now my wife and I sleep much better together. We previously had problems sleeping sometimes as the mattress we had would sink towards the middle.

The mattress is really comfy, even my dog is not sleeping his own bed anymore. He sleeps with my wife and me on the bed. There were some issues with the delivery which explains the 4 star rating, but they were ironed out.

I have never seen a company that offers a 120 night trial. Seeemed too good to be true. But the product is really good and i am getting better sleep nowadays.
I think I overestimated the performance. A bit too firm for my liking but I will keep it because it does a decent job. Might grow on me.

Delivery was faster and the mattress looks exactly as advertised. The mattress is soft yet firm and comfortable, but the only downside is the lack of Edge Support due to which the edge of the mattress collapses when you sit or wake up from the bed.

Got a Queen mattress and it was very affordable with the discounted price and coupon code. At this price point it is a good mattress and is well made. Feels a little firm and not as soft as I thought it would be. Provides good support. For those who are used to sleeping on softer mattresses, might need to consider adding a topper.
