Frequently Asked Questions

The Origin Hybrid Duvet is made of 4 layers of ultra high-quality materials:
  • 2 Outer Layers: Premium Breathable Origin Polar Tencel™ Cover
  • 1 Layer: Soft & Lightweight Origin Refresh Fibre
  • 1 Layer: Light & Fluffy Natural Hungarian Duck Down
Origin Hybrid Duvet has a double-layered filling of premium Natural Hungarian Duck Down & Origin Refresh Fibre. This filling is soft, fluffy, durable and provides  approximately 4X more air circulation than normal duvets.
Because of its three-dimensional structure and ability to "loft" (trap air), each down cluster traps more air for its weight than any synthetic material. Every 30 gram of quality down has about 2 million fluffy filaments that interlock and overlap to form a protective layer of still air that keeps warmth in and cold out. Because of down’s ability to re-loft, the Origin Hybrid Duvet can be crumpled or flattened and then return to its natural shape with a good shake.
No. The Origin Hybrid Duvet is designed to be temperature-regulating and breathable, allowing good airflow through all the layers.
Yes. The Origin Hybrid Duvet is hypoallergenic, anti-parasitic, and anti-microbial. This means it's completely safe for people who are sensitive to allergens, including children & elderly.
Yes! You can visit our showroom here. Alternatively, we are glad to offer a risk-free 7 day trial for you to try the Origin Hybrid Duvet from the comfort of your home. If you don’t love it, you can return it for a full refund.
The 7 day trial starts from the date you receive your Origin Hybrid Duvet via delivery. We're confident you'll fall in love with your new duvet - but if for any reason you aren't satisfied within 7 days, you can return it for a full refund.
Returning the Origin Hybrid Duvet is quick & easy. Simply drop it off at the Origin showroom located here. Please note that items are required to be in good condition, in original packaging, and not missing any parts. Once we receive your return, the refund will take 7-14 days to process and credited directly back to your original payment method.
No way! Every item is fresh out of the box and we never resell used duvets. Returned items will be donated to one of our partner charities.
