Trick question – it’s both!
The HexaGrid™ is divided into 3 thirds. The flat midsection is firmer to offer your back extra support to keep it strong and healthy; and the ends are softer to offer soothing comfort to the legs and shoulder.

What type of bedframe do you recommend?
Any flat bedframe will work well with the Origin Mattress (slats too). You can even use it on the floor if you like! However we don’t recommend using the mattress with an adjustable bed base as it might damage the comfort pocket springs in the long run.
Does the mattress need to be rotated?
Most mattresses do, but not the Origin Hybrid does not. Our AntiGravity Springs are custom-built to keep their shape while supporting the maximum recommended weight daily without rotation

Love that it’s same day delivery, delivery guy was nice too, instructions clearly labelled on the box and after getting this mattress, I’m sad to say I can never be early for work ever again, because it’s too difficult to get out of bed now, I love sleeping too much.
I would however disagree that it’s cloud-like, it doesn’t sink in but rather, feels like it contours around your back and supports it nicely.

The mattress is the most comfortable and affordable mattress ever purchase, thanks to their pressure-relieving foam and clinically proven support technology. I was diagnosed with a L2 slipped disc and it was challenging to find a good mattress that also helped to relieve the pain. This mattress fit all the necessity requirements for a slipped disc patient, it helps to relieve the tension on my back and the foam shape the contour of my back perfectly. Went down to the showroom on weekend, the staff is super patient in replying all my enquiries. Definitely recommend anyone in looking to replace their old mattress give this brand a try.

Firmer than expected. I bought this mattress for myself and my husband after alot of research on the best kind to get. I was a little scared to purchase a mattress online without trying, but I Went for this one mainly because of the price and a friend’s opinion. The mattress is firm but not in the usual way – it’s soft on the upper layers but when you sink into it, you can feel that the springs are providing a firm support. It’s hard to describe but my husband normally doesn’t like firm mattresses, but he loves the origin mattress.

I can’t say how much I love the Origin hybrid mattress! Nowadays it’s hard for me to climb out of bed, and I’ve been using it for 2 weeks. I’ve been using a memory foam mattress from another brand, but Origin improves on it in 2 big ways:
1) It’s much cooler than my other memory foam mattress. When I sleep with my wife, it’s extremely hot on my other memory foam mattress. There’s no such problem with the Origin Mattress.
2) It hugs my body more and is more supportive. I’m slightly heavier and I can feel the firmness on the inside of the mattress.

i’m someone that spends a lot of time in bed doing work and this mattress is the real deal. Cooling gel and perfect firmness for me.
The mattress isn’t just comfortable when sleeping alone. When sleeping with another source of weight, like my wife, the memory foam makes it such that you cannot feel anything when they move. The mattress keeps you cool and doesn’t transfer motion so it suits us very well.

I’ve read many of the 5-Star reviews and I have to say they deserve it! Even though I found the mattress not to my liking (it was too soft), I requested for a refund after 5 weeks and they got back very promptly.
Having heard many great reviews from friends, I decided to purchas a queen mattress. It’s slightly on the soft side and not something I’m used to but it’s improved my sleep by leaps and bounds. Will definitely recommend them to others.
I’ll have to give 4 stars as the mattress arrived slightly later than the 2 Hour Delivery they claimed. However, everything else was good.
I used to have minor back aches when sleeping on my old bed but I no longer have them now after switching to the origin mattress. Am very happy with my purchase.

It has a different feel from most other mattresses. Soft on top, firm in middle. Sleeps well for me.

I weight over a 100kg and i can’t find a good foam mattress. This was the first mattress that supports my weight (probably due to the pocket springs) without sinking too much.

The mattress is soft on the top and firm on the inside. The combination works very well for me and it’s very comfortable for me.
Honestly it’s the best mattress I’ve ever used in my life. My previous mattress was in the range of a few thousand dollars (from one of the premium mattress brands in Singapore). However I used to get back pains. After switching to the hybrid mattress, I no longer wake up with any back pain.
