No way! Every mattress is fresh out of the box and we never resell used mattresses. Each returned mattress is either sent to a third-party recycling company or discarded.

We ordered a king size origin hybrid pro mattress it arrived in a box which was easy to open. Once we opened the plastic seal on the mattress it unrolled and was ready to use straight away. I used to own the Hybrid mattress, but this Pro version is so much better in terms of quality, cooling factor and gives much better support to my back! Will definitely recommend anyone to try!

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase the Origin Pro Mattress (luckily we got it heavily discounted during the sale). After reading some reviews comparing to other big brands such as Sealy or Tempur, their price is too expensive while Origin is much more affordable. My partner suffers from restless leg syndrome, so I was frequently heading to the spare room to get uninterrupted sleep. I decided on the Origin pro mattress because of the promise of “motion isolation”. I have not been disappointed. While I can still sometimes feel my partner move it is much reduced and now 99% of nights I do not feel him at all, or at least he doesn’t wake me. On the occasion when his restless leg is very active I will feel him, but it is very much ‘muted’ and I can easily get back to sleep
I struggled for years with poor sleep and stiffness after back surgery. My stiffness and pain disappeared overnight. Unbelievable! This bed truly changed my life; I am pain-free and don’t feel like I am 100 years old. I am super thankful to the clever people at Origin for designing such a comfortable bed. I can now take my best self to work and live an active (less grumpy!) life. My husband loves our Origin too, as it is very comfortable and supportive.

It’s very comfortable and supportive. Yes the mattress hugs you. I sleep quite well on this mattress, quality of sleep is much better. I love this mattress it’s value for money.
My husband and I both love our new bed. I am not a great sleeper and have found that the quality of my sleep has improved since having the new mattress. It is firm and supportive and we have noticed reduced disturbance when the other person moves. Highly recommended
Recently went to Origin showroom to test out both the original and Pro mattresses, found the Pro to be much better. I ended up purchasing the Pro mattress and find it wonderfully comfortable and supportive for my side sleeping. Kudos to the sales lady at the showroom who patiently walked me through the various products, and comparison between the classic and pro mattress. Eventually got the pro version mattress for its extra cooling properties.
Tried both the classic and the pro mattresses at the showroom, but finally decided on the pro version for that extra cooling effect, due to the high humidity weather in Singapore. Glad i made that decision as after trying for months now, i noticed that it really does helps in a way that i don’t wake up sweaty anymore.

Got myself a Queen Size Pro Mattress together with a Coolmax Latex Pillow. Recommend to let mattress get into actual form after unboxing before sleeping on it (24 hours). My quality of sleep has improved significantly since then. Would definitely conclude it as a value buy!
