Care Instructions
Keeping your mattress fresh is simple. With just a little regular care, you can maintain comfort, hygiene and performance for years to come.

No Rotation Required
The LumbarCloud is engineered with a single-sided comfort system, so rotation isn’t necessary.
Use a Mattress Protector
A breathable mattress protector helps guard against any moisture, keeping your mattress clean and extending its lifespan.
Wash Your Bedding Weekly
While the mattress is naturally hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant, regularly washing your sheets helps maintain a clean and comfortable sleep environment.
Vacuum Occasionally
Use a vacuum with an upholstery attachment to gently clean the mattress surface and remove dust or debris.

FAQ
What is a hybrid mattress?
Traditional mattresses are usually made from a single material like foam, latex, or pocket springs. A hybrid mattress like the Origin LumbarCloud™ combines the different materials into one perfect mattress. Many sleepers enjoy hybrid mattresses as they provide a more balanced sleep experience – with the softness & pressure-relief that comes from memory foam, yet still retaining the supportive firmness, motion isolation, and bounciness due to the latex & pocketed springs core. Hybrid mattresses are also more durable and have longer lifespans then traditional mattresses.
What makes the Origin LumbarCloud™ different from other brands?
Simple answer: The Origin LumbarCloud™ has a unique 9-layer technology. No other mattress has our hybrid technology which combines some of the highest quality materials in the market into one perfect mattress. The Origin LumbarCloud™ has gone through dozens of sleep trials, more than 10 different product tests and over 100 density changes before making it to market.
How does the Origin LumbarCloud™ stay cool all night?
The revolutionary SmartClimatePro™ system enhances airflow throughout the mattress, creating exceptional breathability at every layer. Combined with Graphite infused layers and our ArcticSilk™ cooling cover, it actively draws heat away from your body—keeping your sleep surface consistently cool and comfortable.
Is the Origin LumbarCloud™ Mattress safe for people who are sensitive to allergens?
Yes. The Origin LumbarCloud™ is hypoallergenic, anti-mold, anti-dustmite, and anti-microbial. This means it’s completely safe for people who are sensitive to allergens, including children and the elderly.
Will the Origin LumbarCloud™ sink over time?
No. The Origin LumbarCloud™ is engineered with some of the highest quality materials in the market, and its unique 9-layer hybrid construction and titanium springs, amongst others, provides gives it strong durability and makes it highly resistant to sinking compared to regular mattresses.
What is the lifespan of Origin LumbarCloud™ Mattress?
A quality mattress should last at least 7–8 years—but the best go far beyond. Origin mattresses are built for exceptional longevity, lasting 10–20 years with proper care, making them a smart investment in lasting comfort and support.
How does the 120 night trial work?
Your 120-night trial begins the moment your mattress is delivered. The Origin LumbarCloud™ Mattress is designed to support your body’s natural alignment, so it may take a short adjustment period—much like improving your posture.
