Dr. Mark is a 41-year-old father of two who spends most of his weekends with his family. Outside of work, Dr. Mark is a competitive powerlifter. He holds national records in his division. With more than 18 years of experience in the fitness and healthcare industry, he specializes in postural correction, spinal conditioning and golf body-swing connection.

Dr Terrence Yap graduated with a doctorate in chiropractic (USA), in 1996, and became the first Singaporean chiropractor.

Dr Yap also holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science (Canada) and continued with post graduate studies in chiropractic Clinical Orthopaedics of the Extremities, Ergonomics and Whiplash Trauma certifications.

He currently practices at Atlas Chiropractic Clinic and integrates chiropractic treatment for spinal and joint injuries with exercise rehabilitation. Dr Yap is the past president of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore) and the past Asian councillor to the World Federation of Chiropractic.

Olivia Arezzolo

Olivia Arezzolo is Australia’s leading Sleep Expert, Speaker and Author.

Gemma is a Certified Infant and Adult Sleep Consultant based in Hong Kong. Throughout her career, she has advocated for a holistic, science-based approach to helping adults and children sleep better.

Her experience as a mother of two and a wife of a cargo pilot has provided her with insight into the complications of sleep disorders in individuals with irregular work schedules and sleep patterns. This was a major motivation for her to embark on the journey of becoming a sleep coach and specialist in chronic insomnia.
